2. Notice & Action
To report allegedly illegal content hosted on QR1.app, please use the reporting form.
A valid notice should include: the URL of the content, explanation of illegality, jurisdiction/country concerned (if known), reporter contact email, a good-faith statement, and an electronic signature/name.
We will acknowledge receipt of a notice and review it without undue delay (typically within 7 days). We may restrict access, remove content, or reject the notice.
3. Statement of Reasons
If we restrict or remove content, we provide a statement of reasons including the decision, the legal basis, and the available redress options.
We provide a statement of reasons and allow the affected customer to contest the decision by contacting legal@qr1.app. We aim to respond to such appeals within 14 days.
