Terms of Service (B2B)

1. Scope

QR1.app provides tools to create, host, and manage GS1 Digital Link product pages, QR assets, and related content. The service is offered to businesses only.

2. Customer Content

You are responsible for all content you upload or publish, including text, images, PDFs, and video links. You must have rights to the content and ensure it is accurate and lawful.

2.1 Product Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all product information, claims, labels, regulatory statements and consumer-facing content comply with applicable laws (including product/food labeling rules). QR1 does not verify the legality, completeness, or accuracy of such content.

3. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• No malware, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• No scraping or automated abuse of the service.
• No misuse of QR1.app branding or misrepresentation.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime.

5. Fees & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis (depending on your plan) and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription via the Stripe Billing Portal (available in your account). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access remains active until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. Prices may be shown net of VAT; VAT may be added based on your location and VAT number.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, illegal content, or misuse.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR1.app is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

Governing law: Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Poland, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
